Below are the most common questions related to shipment tracking and delivery.

You can track your shipment using the Tracking ID shared during booking confirmation. Visit the tracking page and enter your AWB number to view real-time movement updates, estimated delivery date, and delivery milestones.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, incomplete documentation, route congestion, or operational restrictions. For precise updates, contact support with your tracking ID.

If the pickup status has not changed for more than 24 hours, please connect with our support team for escalation.

Delivery rescheduling requests can be submitted via support. Share your shipment ID along with preferred date and time window.
